摘　　要：政府补助作为一种重要的经济支持和经济增长的方式,对于发展经济、创造就业岗位,具有重要意义。本文通过对近15年文献进行梳理研究,探析了企业政府补助的动机、政府补助影响因素以及政府补助对财务绩效的影响,并提出合理建议。Government subsidies,as an important form of economic support and growth,are of great significance for economic development and job creation.This article conducts a review and study of literature in the past 15 years,exploring the motives of corporate government subsidies,the influencing factors of government subsidies,and the impact of government subsidies on financial performance,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
