摘  要:目的确立一种制作皮层梗死部位大小一致、梗死后症状大致一致的脑梗死大鼠模型方法。方法利用光化学法结合大鼠皮层运动功能区图谱制作运动功能缺损的脑梗死大鼠模型;采用行为学及组织学评价;评估不同照射时间组运动神经功能的缺损程度。结果利用运动皮层定位技术成功制作选择运动神经功能缺损的脑梗死大鼠模型,这个模型的梗死灶的部位、大小相近,面积不超过4 mm×4 mm,而且有一侧前后肢运动功能缺失;发现照射40 min有血管再通现象,而照射60 min无血管再通现象,梗死灶的部位更恒定,大鼠运动功能缺损症状更明显。结论采用光化学法结合大鼠皮层运动功能区图谱成功制作运动功能缺损的脑梗死大鼠模型。Objective To establish a method for creating a consistent rat model of cortical infarction in terms of the size of the infarcted area and the resulting symptoms.Methods We used the photodynamic method combined with a rat cortical motor functional area map to create a rat model of motor functional deficit due to cerebral infarction.Through behavioral and histological evaluations,we assessed the degree of motor nerve function impairment in different irradiation time groups.Results Using motor cortex localization techniques,we successfully created a rat model of cerebral infarction with selective motor nerve function deficits.The infarcted area in this model was similar in location and size,not exceeding 4 mm×4 mm,and resulted in impaired movement of the limbs on one side.We found that a 40-minute irradiation resulted in reperfusion of the blood vessels,whereas a 60-minute irradiation did not,leading to a more consistent infarcted area and more pronounced symptoms of motor functional deficit in the rats.Conclusion The rat model of cerebral infarction with motor function deficit was successfully made by photodynamic method combined with cortical motor functional area map.
