摘　　要：灾害影响与灾后创伤复原的差异性要求灾害社会工作对少数民族群体给予更多的关注。论文基于跨文化视角与灾害干预的相关理论,分析了少数民族群体在面临灾害时的文化特殊性与社会脆弱性,并识别影响这些群体灾后应对方式及创伤复原的文化、经济、社会结构等影响因素,进而结合相关国际经验探讨如何在跨文化视角与在地情境中提供相应的社会工作干预服务。The difference in disaster imspacts and post-disaster trauma recovery require that disaster social work pay more attention to the ethnic minority groups.Based on the theory of cross-cultural perspectives and disaster intervention,this paper analyzes the cultural particularity and social vulnerability of ethnic minority groups in the face of disasters.It identifies the influencing factors such as culture,economy and social structure that affect the coping style and trauma recovery of these groups after disasters,and then discusses how to provide corresponding social work intervention services from the cross-cultural perspective in local situation in combination with relevant international experiences.
