摘　　要：本文以南京市秦淮区已更新的中小学为例,结合城市存量更新、社区共享、教育理念变革等时代要求,综合考虑校园与城市的协调性、与城市风貌的融合性等多方面因素,提出了适应新时代要求的中小学更新改造策略,为既有中小学的更新改造提供参考。Through the study of the renewal status quo of the renewed primary and secondary schools of Qinhuai District in Nanjing,this paper puts forward strategies of renewal and transformation of primary and secondary schools to adapt to the new era by combining the requirements of the times such as the renewal of the city's stock and the sharing of the community,and the advanced educational concepts,by combining the coordination of the relationship with the city,the integration with the urban landscape.It provides a reference for the renewal and transformation of the existing primary and secondary schools.
