摘　　要：卡波西肉瘤相关疱疹病毒(KSHV)可导致肿瘤,其编码的致瘤蛋白参与多种肿瘤的发生发展。病毒感染呈多样性,感染率和分型在不同地区、人群中均有差异,不同的病毒亚型在不同疾病中的表现亦存在差异,精准的KSHV鉴定技术和分型方法将加快临床诊断。KSHV的鉴定及分型对于理解病毒的分子生物学特性、制定精准的防治策略以及促进相关肿瘤的研究都具有重要意义。Kaposi′s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV)is a cancer-causing virus,and its encoded oncoproteins are involved in the occurrence and development of many tumors.KSHV infections are diverse,and infection rates and typing vary in different regions and populations.Various virus subtypes also exhibit different performances in different diseases.Accurate KSHV identification technology and rapid typing methods will accelerate clinical diagnosis.The identification and typing of KSHV are of great significance for understanding molecular biological characteristics of the virus,formulating new strategies for precise prevention and treatment,and promoting research progress in related tumors.
