摘 要:青霉属真菌是自然界中最常见的真菌,分布范围非常广泛,是最重要的药源真菌,从青霉属真菌中报道了许多具有抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等活性的次级代谢产物,是药物先导化合物的重要来源。近年来,随着微生物全基因组测序分析技术的发展以及对极端环境来源的青霉属真菌资源的不断挖掘,应用基因挖掘手段探索青霉属来源新型次级代谢产物成了1个新的研究热点。文章综述近年来在青霉属真菌中通过基因挖掘策略获得的次级代谢产物基因簇及其代谢产物,希望可以对探索青霉属及其他真菌的次级代谢基因簇、推断基因功能、推导新的合成代谢途径及获得新的代谢产物有所帮助。Penicillium genus is a common fungi widely distributed in the natural environment,which is the most important source of medicine,and can produce a variety of bioactive secondary metabolites,including antibacterial,anti-tumor and anti-virus activities compounds.These bioactive secondary metabolites are one of the most important sources of the lead compounds in drug discovery.In recent years,with the conducting of the complete genomic sequence analysis and the mining of Penicillium resources from extreme environment,exploring novel secondary metabolites from Penicillium by using gene mining methods have become a new research hotspot.This paper reviews the secondary metabolite gene clusters and their metabolites obtained by gene mining strategies in genus Penicillium.It is hoped that this review will be helpful for exploring secondary metabolite gene clusters of Penicillium and other fungi,inferring gene function,deducing new synthetic metabolic pathways and obtaining new metabolites.
