摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢交界性肿瘤(borderline ovarian tumors,BOTs)非全面分期手术对预后的影响及术前临床特征。方法选取2010年1月至2022年12月于首都医科大学宣武医院行非全面分期手术,经组织病理学明确诊断为BOTs的患者作为研究对象,回顾性收集患者临床特征及随访资料并分析其预后。结果共53例患者纳入研究,2例患者复发(3.77%,2/53),复发类型仍为BOTs,无侵袭性进展或恶变,复发病灶可经手术完整切除,无需常规进行辅助治疗;多因素分析结果显示,肿瘤直径≥10cm为卵巢黏液性交界性肿瘤(mucinous borderline ovarian tumors,MBOTs)的独立危险因素。结论BOTs患者行非全面分期手术预后良好,复发率相较全面分期手术无明显增高,二次手术可完整切除。当术前影像学显示肿瘤直径≥10cm时,提示MBOTs可能性更大,临床医生应在术前进行详尽地评估,进而确定手术入路和范围。Objective To analyze the effects of non-complete staging surgery on the prognosis and preoperative clinical characteristics of BOTs.Methods The research subjects were patients who received non-complete staging surgery in Capital Medical University Xuanwu Hospital between January 2010 and December 2022 and had a pathological diagnosis of BOTs.The clinical characteristics and follow-up data of the patients were retrospectively collected and their prognosis was analyzed.Results A total of 53 patients were included in the study,and 2 patients relapsed(3.77%,2/53).The recurrence type was still BOTs,without invasive progression or malignant transformation.The recurring tumors could be entirely removed by surgery without routine adjuvant therapy.The results of multivariate analysis showed that tumor size≥10cm was an independent risk factor for MBOTs.Conclusions Patients with BOTs who receive non-complete staging surgery have a great prognosis,the recurrence rate of which is not significantly higher than that of comprehensive staging surgery,and complete resection can be accomplished with a second operation.A comprehensive preoperative assessment should be performed by clinicians in deciding on the surgical strategy and scope when preoperative imaging shows that the tumor size is not less than 10 cm,which suggests that MBOTs are more possible.
