摘  要:APU(辅助动力装置)是一台带负载压气机的燃气涡轮发动机,由于APU在使用过程中频繁切换工作状态,喘振是其工作过程中一种常见的非定常流动现象,限制了APU的稳定工作范围,影响其运行的可靠性。而防喘控制活门会将压气机多余的高压气体排至大气,防止负载压气机发生喘振。防喘控制活门是一种蝶阀结构,活门在放气过程中产生较大的气动噪声,提出了一种增加消音栅栏的蝶板结构,运用Fluent中FW-H积分方法计算噪声分布,并进行对比验证。研究表明,优化后蝶板结构,对改善气流流场分布和降低气动噪声有着显著效果。APU(Auxiliary Power Unit)is a gas turbine engine with a loaded compressor.With frequent operating status change of APU during usage,surge is an unsteady flow phenomenon in the working process,which limits the stable working range of APU and affects the operation reliability.Surge control valve will exhaust the excess high-pressure gas of compressor to the atmosphere to prevent the surge of loaded compressor.Surge control valve is a butterfly valve,which produces large pneumatic noise in the process of exhausting.In this paper,a butterfly valve plate coupling with the acoustic fences is proposed,for which the FW-H of Fluent is used to calculate the influence of noise distribution and comparison validation is conducted.The result shows that the improved butterfly structure can significantly improve the distribution of air flow field and the pneumatic noise reduction.
