基于“形神合一”观探讨小儿推拿治疗抽动-秽语综合征的特色与机制

摘　　要：“形神合一”理论认为抽动-秽语综合征(TS)属于“形神同病”,为本虚标实之症。形体虚弱,气血不足,五脏不和是“形气不充”;患儿怪叫、秽语、任性冲动是心(脑)“神”失控。小儿推拿对于TS的治疗属形神共治,临床应用频率最高的穴位及手法为揉按百会、改良黄蜂出洞、捏脊、调五脏和掐揉五指节等,最终达到形神并治、安抚患儿、缓解焦虑、制止抽动的目的。小儿推拿在治疗TS临床症状的同时,更应注重对患儿心理的疏导,则临床疗效显著。The theory of“unity of form and spirit”suggests that Tourette syndrome(TS)belongs to the catego-ry of“both form and spirit fall ill simultaneously”,which is a syndrome of deficiency and excess.Weak physique,in-sufficient qi and blood,and disharmony among the five organs are referred to as“insufficient qi and form”;The child’s strange cries,obscene language,and willful impulses are causing the mind(brain)to lose control.The treat-ment of pediatric tuina for TS belongs to the concept of combining form and spirit.The most frequently used acu-points and techniques in clinical practice include kneading and pressing the Baihui(DU20),improved method of simulating wasp flying out of hole,pinching the spine,regulating the five organs,and pinching and kneading the five finger joints.The mechanism of action reflects the concept of combining form and spirit,ultimately achieving the goal of treating both form and spirit,soothing children,relieving anxiety,and stopping tics.Pediatric tuina not only treats the clinical symptoms of children with TS,but also pays special attention to the psychological counseling of the chil-dren,so its clinical efficacy is significant.
