摘　　要：抽动-秽语综合征证候繁杂,病位涉及多个脏腑,张喜莲教授从六经辨证入手,认为其病机不离气机失和,以“和”立论,结合临床证候群辨证施治,提出尤以太阳经气失和、少阳枢机不利、阳明中气失调之三阳致病多见,通过调和营卫、疏利枢机、调理脾胃等诸“和法”,分经辨治,常获显著疗效。附验案1则,以资验证。Tourette syndrome is complicated and involves a number of internal organs.Starting from the differ-entiation of the six channels,professor ZHANG Xilian believes that the pathogenesis of Tourette syndrome is insepa-rable from the disharmony of qi mechanism.Based on the theory of“harmony”,combined with the differentiation of clinical syndromes,starting from the identification of the six meridians,professor Zhang believes that the most com-mon causes of the disease are the loss of harmony of the taiyang meridian qi,the disadvantage of shaoyang’s pivot mechanism,and the disorder of yangming’s zhongqi.By reconciling yingwei,shuffling the cardinal,regulating the spleen and stomach and other“harmonizing methods”,distinguishing and treating by different channels,remarkable curative effects are often obtained.One case is presented for verification.
