摘　　要：目的系统评价和整合老年人对衰弱的认知与体验,为促进临床衰弱管理的实施以及衰弱干预实践方案的制订提供参考。方法检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、PsycINFO、CINIHL、中国知网、万方、维普以及中国生物医学文献数据库中关于老年人对衰弱认知与体验的质性研究,检索时间为建库至2023年8月。采用澳大利亚循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准(2016版)文献质量评价,采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行归纳和整合。结果共纳入12篇文献,提炼出39个研究结果,归纳形成10个新类别,综合成3个整合结果:对衰弱的反思和反应;衰弱引发的记忆力、机体、行为认知、社会参与度、心理、精神状况及家庭经济的影响;调适以维持正常生活。结论老年人对衰弱认知存在差异性,但对衰弱的体验却不尽相同,医护人员应关注其对衰弱的认知和对衰弱不同应对方式,设计、开发出适合老年人的、可行的应对衰弱的干预性方案。Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate the qualitative research on the cognition and experi⁃ence of frailty in the elderly,and to provide reference for promoting the implementation of clinical frailty management and the formulation of frailty intervention practice programs.Methods We searched databases including The Cochrane Li⁃brary,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,PsycINFO,CINIHL,CNKI,Wanfang Date,VIP,China Biomedical Litera⁃ture Database,from inception to August 2023,to collect qualitative studies exploring cognition and experience of the elder⁃ly frailty.The quality of the literature was evaluated by the Australian Evidence-based Health Care Center Quality Evalua⁃tion Criteria for Qualitative Research(2016 Edition),and the results were summarized and integrated by the method of ag⁃gregative integration.Results A total of 12 articles were included,39 research results were extracted,and 10 new cate⁃gories were summarized.Three integration results were synthesized:reflection and response to frailty;the effects of frailty on memory,body,behavioral cognition,social participation,psychological,mental status and family economy;adjust to maintain a normal life.Conclusions There are differences in the perception of frailty among elderly people,but their ex⁃periences of frailty are not entirely the same.Medical staff should pay attention to their understanding of frailty and differ⁃ent coping strategies,to design and develop feasible intervention plans suitable for the elderly to cope with frailty.
