摘  要:常规的供电公司多元化培训中,通常以公司的传统培训项目为基础,员工能力得不到多元化的提升。因此,笔者将进行基于柯氏模型的供电公司多元化培训效果评估研究。在本研究中,首先对供电公司的组织培训结构进行架设,将培训项目分成三个部分,其次指定供电公司的评估体系,在丰富评估方式的基础上构建评估指标,再次分析评估指标的占比权重,从主观和客观权重两个方面分别进行分析,最后通过运用柯氏模型,实现对多元化培训效果的评估。实验中所设计的培训方式评估分数为82.96,常规的培训方式的评估分数为74.16。实验结果验证了文章所设计的培训方式具有一定的效果,可以被运用到实际的多元化培训中。In the conventional diversified training of power supply companies,it is usually based on the traditional training programs of the company,and the ability of employees can not be improved by diversification.Therefore,the evaluation study of the diversified training effect of power supply companies based on Kirkpatrick's Model is proposed.In the study,the first of the power supply company organization training structure,training project is divided into three parts,and then specify the power supply company evaluation system,on the basis of rich evaluation methods and evaluation results,and then analyze the proportion of evaluation index weight,with subjective and objective weight analysis,finally under the use of ke model,realize the effect of diversified training in four dimensions.The evaluation score of the designed training method was 82.96,and that of the conventional training method was 74.16.The experimental results verify that the designed training method has a certain effect and can be applied to the practical diversified training.
