摘　　要：裘锡圭先生对汉字性质的论述存在一些疏漏。其关于文字性质和构造的理论只适用于汉字,忽视了拼音文字。其观点存在前后矛盾之处。我们认为吕叔湘先生的意见是对汉字的性质问题的全面论述,广大学者应回到吕叔湘先生关于文字性质的表述上去。There are some omissions in Mr.Qu Xigui's theory on the nature of Chinese characters.His theory about the character and structure of characters only applies to Chinese characters,ignoring pinyin characters.There are inconsistencies in his theory.We think that Mr.Lu Shuxiang's opinion is a comprehensive discussion on the na ture of Chinese characters,scholars should return to Mr.Lu Shuxiang's expression on the nature of characters.
