摘 要:针对新能源随机激励引发特高压联络线功率振荡向外部电网传播的问题,提出一种基于自适应准谐振控制的储能抑制广义强迫振荡传播方法。首先,建立了含有储能系统(energy storage system, ESS)的电力系统等效模型,分析了在随机激励下,ESS输出功率对广义强迫振荡通过特高压联络线向外部电网传播的影响机理。其次,利用自适应准谐振控制器对广义强迫振荡信号进行无差跟踪,并对ESS有功功率指令进行修正。在此基础上,利用系统功率传播的传递函数,分析了自适应准谐振控制对广义强迫振荡传播的抑制机理,并将其与传统谐振控制进行对比。最后通过仿真验证了分析的准确性,结果表明:在控制方向与振荡传播方向相同时,自适应准谐振控制能够有效阻断广义强迫振荡的传播;反之,则无法完全抑制广义强迫振荡,但能够显著降低振荡的幅值。This paper proposes an energy storage-based method using adaptive quasi-resonant control to suppress the propagation of power oscillations in ultra-high voltage transmission lines induced by random excitation in new energy sources.First,an equivalent model of the power system,including the energy storage system(ESS),is established to analyze the mechanism of how the output power of the ESS affects the propagation of power oscillations to the external grid via the ultra-high voltage transmission line under random excitation.Secondly,an adaptive quasi-resonant controller is employed to track the generalized forced oscillation signal and adjust the active power command of the ESS.Based on the transfer function of power propagation in the system,the suppression mechanism of adaptive quasi-resonant control on the propagation of power oscillations is analyzed and compared with traditional resonant control.Simulation results validate the accuracy of the analysis,demonstrating that adaptive quasi-resonant control can effectively block the propagation of generalized forced oscillations when the control direction aligns with the propagation direction.Conversely,it cannot completely suppress the oscillations but significantly reduces their amplitude.
