摘  要:职业本科院校中开展双语教学是国际化人才培养的必然趋势,如何建设适用于职业本科人才培养需求的双语课程是很多高校面临的现实问题。基于“食品质量管理”双语课程线上线下混合式教学模式的探索,详细分析了双语教学的现状和存在的问题,并就双语师资,教材选择和课程进度等方面提出相应的建设策略,为我国职业本科的双语课程建设提供了教学参考。Bilingual teaching is an inevitable trend of international talent training in vocational universities.How to construct a suitable bilingual curriculum which can meed the needs of vocational undergraduate talent training is a practical problem faced by many universities.This article was based on the practice and exploration of online and offline mixed teaching mode for bilingual course of Food Quality Management in vocational university,which gave detailed analysis of the present situation and problems presented in recent bilingual courses,and gave corresponding development strategies in the aspects of bilingual teachers teaching material selection and curriculum schedule,it provided a reference of our professional undergraduate bilingual course construction for the teaching in the future.
