高质量共建“一带一路”视域下来华留学生管理服务优化研究

摘　　要：2023年是共建“一带一路”倡议提出10周年,也是人类命运共同体理念提出10周年。10年来,伴随着中国经济的快速发展,国际地位的显著提升和教育对外开放的不断扩大,“一带一路”沿线国家越来越多的学生选择来华留学。当前,共建“一带一路”进入高质量发展的新阶段,站在新的起点上探索来华留学生管理服务的优化升级,既是对提高学校国际化人才培养和国际化办学水平的积极思考,也是为推动构建中外青年命运共同体和提升国家文化软实力的有益尝试。以来华留学生一线管理工作者的视角,结合日常管理服务实践,对高质量共建“一带一路”背景下优化来华留学生管理模式提出了建议,为落实“规范管理、提质增效”的目标,服务“一带一路”建设高质量发展和培养知华,友华,爱华的智力和人力资源。The year 2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative and the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.With the rapid development of China’s economy,the significant improvement of international status and the continuous expansion of educational opening-up,more and more students from countries invowed in the Belt and Road Initiative chose to study in China over the past ten years.At present,the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative has entered a new stage of high-quality development.To explore the optimization and upgrading of management services for international students studying in China from a new starting point,it is not only a positive reflection on improving the cultivation of international talents and the running level of international education in universities,but also a beneficial attempt to promote the construction of a community with a shared future for Chinese and foreign youth and enhance the country’s cultural soft power.From the perspective of front-line administrator of international students in China,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for optimizing the management mode of international students in combination with daily management and service practices under the background of high-quality co-construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,so as to promote the goal of“standardized management,quality and efficiency enhancement”and cultivate the intellectual and human resources to serve the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
