摘　　要：基于社会治理的视角,本着主体多元、多方参与、民主协商、权力分散等核心理念,以广东省珠海市住房保障体系为研究对象,采取定性分析和定量分析相结合的研究方法,通过实证调研获取珠海本地实际情况的具体数据,在对珠海市人才房和共有产权房的需求状况与影响因素作出分析的基础上,提出人才房和共有产权房供给体系优化策略,旨在为进一步优化珠海市人才房和共有产权房供给体系提供理论和实践借鉴。Based on the perspective of social governance,adhering to the core concepts of diverse subjects,multi-party participation,democratic consultation,and decentralization of power,this study takes the housing security system in Zhuhai,Guangdong Province as the research object,adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis research methods,and obtains specific data on the local actual situation of Zhuhai through empirical research.Based on the analysis of the demand and influencing factors for talent housing and shared property housing in Zhuhai,propose optimization strategies for the supply system of talent housing and shared property housing,aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for further optimizing the supply system of talent housing and shared property housing in Zhuhai.
