社会主义核心价值观与社会民主主义价值观历史根源比较

摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观的形成经历了从社会主义精神文明到社会主义核心价值体系再到社会主义核心价值观的历史过程。社会主义核心价值观反映了中国特色社会主义的实践要求。社会主义核心价值观是中国特色社会主义理论的价值表达,是中华优秀传统文化历史价值与时代价值的有机统一。西欧社会民主主义经历了19世纪下半叶的社会民主主义、20世纪上半叶的社会民主主义、二战后的社会民主主义三个阶段。社会民主主义价值观的逻辑演进与社会党所在国家的历史文化传统和所处的社会政治环境有着密切联系。社会主义核心价值观与社会民主主义价值观历史根源的差异,决定了两种价值观具有本质区别。中国在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的过程中,应以马克思主义价值观为指导,决不能移植社会民主主义价值观。The development of core socialist values has evolved through a historical trajectory spanning from socialist spiritual civilization to the establishment of socialist core value system and,subsequently,the formulation of core socialist values.Reflecting the practical imperatives of socialism with Chinese characteristics,core socialist values embodies the theoretical underpinnings of Chinese socialism,harmonizing the historical and contemporary significance of the fine traditional Chinese culture.In contrast,the development of social democracy in Western Europe has traversed three distinct phases,ranging from the emergence of social democracy in the latter half of the 19th century,to its evolution in the first half of the 20th century,and finally to the social democracy in the post-World War II.The logical progression of social democratic values is intricately linked to the historical and cultural legacies of the nations where social democratic parties operate,as well as the socio-political landscapes they inhabit.The inherent disparities in the historical origins of core socialist values and social democratic values underscore fundamental differences between the two.As China fosters and upholds core socialist values,it must adhere to the guidance of Marxist values and refrain from transplanting social democratic values.
