摘　　要：本文通过梳理合谷-三阴交穴组催产的现代临床及实验研究,总结其在晚孕期催产、早孕期辅助药物流产及促进宫腔残留排出的应用。剖析针刺催产刺激参数及机制研究,对影响其催产效应的机体状态、穴位配伍及针刺方法等因素进行探讨。This article summarizes the contemporary clinical and experimental research on the utilization of the Hegu-Sanyinjiao(LI4-SP6)acupoint combination for the purpose of inducing labor.It explores the application of this technique in inducing labor during the latter stages of pregnancy,aiding in drug-induced abortions during early pregnancy,and facilitating the expulsion of residue within the uterine cavity.It analyzes the stimulation parameters and mechanism research of acupuncture induction,and discusses the infl uencing factors such as the body's condition,acupuncture point combination,and acupuncture methods that aff ect its induction eff ect.
