基于组织学差异及自然美学需求的改良五瓣法内眦赘皮矫正术的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用改良五瓣法进行内眦赘皮矫正的临床效果。方法应用改良五瓣法矫正内眦赘皮患者53例,术前根据患者需求及内眦赘皮类型和程度进行设计,术中根据组织学差异解除内眦区域肌肉及纤维组织张力,随访观察治疗效果。结果53例患者术后7天均一期愈合,获随访49例,其中内折型重睑14例,中间型重睑29例,外折型重睑6例,手术效果均符合术前要求,内眦角形态自然,瘢痕均不明显,1例因单侧矫正不足导致双侧不对称,总满意度98%。结论改良五瓣法内眦赘皮矫正术,设计简单灵活,术后瘢痕不显,内眦形态自然美观,手术效果符合当下人们的审美观念和种族认同,是治疗内眦赘皮的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effffect of using the improved fifive flflap method for correcting epicanthus.Method 53 patients with epicanthus were corrected using the improved fifive flflap method.The preoperative design was based on the patient's needs and the type and degree of epicanthus.During the surgery,the muscle and fiber tissue tension in the epicanthus area was relieved according to histological difffferences,and the treatment effffect was observed and followed up.Result All 53 patients healed in one stage 7 days after surgery,and 49 cases were followed up.Among them,14 cases had inward folding double eyelids,29 cases had intermediate folding double eyelids,and 6 cases had outward folding double eyelids.The surgical results met the preoperative requirements,and the inner canthus angle had a natural shape with no obvious scars.One case had bilateral asymmetry due to insufficient unilateral correction,with a total satisfaction rate of 98%.Conclusion The improved five flap method for correcting epicanthus is an effffective method for treating epicanthus,with a simple and flflexible design,no visible postoperative scars,natural and beautiful inner canthus shape,and a surgical effffect that conforms to people's aesthetic concepts and racial identity.
