摘　　要：下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]是临床上较为常见的错[牙合]畸形之一。目前较为理想的正畸治疗方式是应用功能矫治器引导下颌前伸,促进髁突及关节窝改建,纠正上下颌矢状向不调。不同功能矫治器由于其作用机制不同,疗效也有所差异。功能矫治的短期疗效已被广泛证实,同时其效果的长期稳定性也被愈发重视。该篇结合国内外常用功能矫治的最新研究进展,从功能矫治器的类型出发,对其疗效及长期稳定性进行综述。ClassⅡmalocclusion associated with mandibular retrusion is one of the most common malocclusions in clinic.At present,the ideal orthodontic treatment is to use functional appliances to guide mandibular protrusion,promote condyle and joint fossa reconstruction,and correct sagittal dysplasia.Difffferent functional appliances have difffferent effffects according to their difffferent mechanisms.The short-term effifficacy of functional treatment has been widely proven,and the long-term stability of its effffects has been increasingly valued.Based on the latest research progress of functional appliances at home and abroad,this paper reviews the effifficacy and long-term stability of functional appliances from the perspective of their types.
