摘  要:分析、总结世界科技飞速发展、国际竞争日趋激烈大势之下的高等工程教育创新思想与实践,以国际国内相关研究为基础,综合十大类工程教育特别是卓越工程教育改革重要理念,并以工程教育的机制创新、教育思想创新、教育方法创新3个部分分类归纳相应的工程人才培育理念,突出本土工程—社会问题导向和面向未知工程世界发展格局,强调多个具有时代特征的新理念,如基础科学与解决工程“瓶颈”问题紧密结合、高效产学研构造、跨学科工程原型创造等重要机制和运行思想理念,以及基于项目的学习、学生为中心的学习、工程教育平台设施开发等方法理念。这些创新理念对我国工程教育,特别是高等工程教育机构推进卓越工程师教育改革提供政策和研究参考。This paper highlights innovative ideas and concepts in higher engineering education reforms, based on urgent economic and social needs for leading engineers in the new science and engineering competition era. By analyzing various research in related topics, 10 kinds of significant concepts are extracted and summarized in three categories,namely, innovative institutions, engineering excellency oriented educational thoughts, and educational methods, actively reflecting urging intensions of local engineering focus and engineering uncertainty in the future world, emphasizing numbers of important characters of engineering education and learning procedures, typically, closer linkages between basic science and engineering bottlenecks, effective government-industry-university consortium, cross-field collaborative prototyping, as well as project-based learning, student-centered learning, and up-to-date engineering facilitating learning, etc.. These innovative concepts and summarized characters may provide useful reference for policy researchers and practitioners regarding engineering education reforms in China.
