中药活血安神方治疗脑卒中后失眠(痰火扰心证)的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中药活血安神方治疗脑卒中(CVA)后失眠(痰火扰心证)的疗效。方法 将96例CVA后失眠(痰火扰心证)患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组患者采用艾司唑仑片口服治疗,观察组患者采用中药活血安神方治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者中医证候疗效、中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果 治疗后,观察组患者中医证候总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01);中医证候积分、PSQI总分及各因子评分均低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。治疗2周、4周后,观察组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 中药活血安神方应用于CVA后失眠(痰火扰心证)患者的治疗中,可有助于患者临床症状的缓解,促进睡眠质量、神经功能的改善,疗效显著。Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine Huoxue Anshen formula in the treatment of insomnia following cerebral vascular accident(CVA)(phlegm-fire disturbing the heart syndrome,PFDHS).Methods Ninety-six patients with post-CVA insomnia(PFDHS) were divided into control and observation group with 48 cases in each according to random number table method.Controls received eszopiclone tablets treatment orally and observation group did Chinese herbal medicine Huoxue Anshen formula.Before and after treatment such indexes were compared between two groups as curative effects and scores of TCM syndrome,scores om the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and National Institutes of Health Stoke Scale(NIHSS).Results After treatment the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was higher in observation than control group(P<0.05);the score of TCM syndrome and the total and each factor score of the PSQI were lower in observation than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The scores on the NIHSS were lower in observation than control group after 2 and 4 week treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine Huoxue Anshen formula helps to alleviate clinical symptoms of patients with post-CVA insomnia,improves sleep quality and neurological function,and the therapeutic efficacy is remarkable.
