摘　　要：随着广大人民群众对美的需求不断增加,整形美容市场急剧扩大,存在大量医疗隐患,对整形美容专科医师进行继续医学教育已成为社会所需。整形美容专科医师继续医学教育既可为规范整形美容市场打下坚实的基础,也可为基层医院整形美容外科的建立提供有力保障。此次教学实践对整形美容专科医师继续医学教育中的理论知识、临床能力、科研能力、美学修养、医学人文素质的培养及考核制度等方面进行了初步探索。文章就整形美容专科医师继续医学教育中积累的宝贵临床教学经验进行了归纳总结,同时对遇到的问题进行了深刻反思,旨在更好地开展整形美容专科医师继续医学教育工作,使继续医学教育更加人性化、科学化、正规化,帮助专科培训医师由外科向整形外科顺利转型,进一步提高整形美容专科医师的医疗专业水平和医疗服务质量,使其更好地服务于美容医疗行业、服务于社会。With the increasing demand of the general public for beauty,the plastic surgery market is expanding dramatically,there are a lot of medical hidden dangers,plastic surgery and cosmetic specialists to continue medical education has become a social need.Continuing medical education for esthetic plastic surgery specialists can lay a solid foundation for regulating the plastic and cosmetic market,and also provide a strong guarantee for the establishment of plastic and cosmetic surgery departments in primary hospitals.This teaching practice has preliminarily explored the cultivation and assessment system of theoretical knowledge,clinical ability,scientific research ability,aesthetic cultivation,medical humanities quality,and other aspects in the continuing medical education of esthetic plastic surgery specialists.The article summarizes the valuable clinical teaching experience accumulated in the continuing medical education of esthetic plastic surgery specialists,and at the same time reflects deeply on the problems encountered,aiming to better carry out the work of continuing medical education of esthetic plastic surgery specialists,to make the continuing medical education more humane,scientific,and standardized,to help the specialist trainers to make a smooth transition from surgery to plastic and reconstructive surgery,and to further improve the medical professionalism of the esthetic plastic surgery specialists and the quality of their medical services,so that they can better serve the aesthetic medical industry and the society.
