手术室护士临床领导力现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查手术室护士临床领导力现状,并分析其影响因素,为提高手术室护士临床领导力水平提供依据。方法本文为横断面调查研究。采用便利抽样法,于2022年9—10月选取全国164家三级公立医院的770名手术室护士为研究对象。采用中文版临床领导力问卷对护士进行调查,通过问卷星对问卷进行编辑,形成完整的网络问卷,基于微信平台发放和回收问卷。采用多重线性回归分析探讨手术室护士临床领导力的影响因素。结果本研究共发放问卷770份,回收有效问卷730份,问卷有效回收率为94.8%(730/770)。730名三级医院手术室护士中文版临床领导力问卷得分为(65.27±9.01)分,条目平均分为(4.35±0.60)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、是否参加过领导力培训是手术室护士临床领导力得分的影响因素(偏回归系数分别为1.516、-1.881,均P<0.05)。结论我国三级公立医院手术室护士临床领导力处于中上水平,年龄、是否参加过领导力培训是影响手术室护士临床领导力水平的因素。建议今后在手术室护士培养方案及专科护士培训中加入领导力相关课程,以提升手术室护士的领导力水平。Objective To explore the current status of clinical leadership among nurses in Operating Room and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for improving the clinical leadership among nurses in Operating Room.Methods This study was a cross-sectional survey.From September to October 2022,convenience sampling was used to select 770 nurses in Operating Room from 164 ClassⅢpublic hospitals nationwide as the research subject.The Chinese Version of Clinical Leadership Survey was used to survey nurses,and the questionnaire was edited through Wenjuanxing to form a complete online version.The questionnaire was distributed and collected based on the WeChat platform.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of clinical leadership among nurses in Operating Room.Results A total of 770 questionnaires were distributed and 730 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective response rate of 94.8%(730/770).The Chinese version of the Clinical Leadership Survey for 730 nurses in Operating Room in ClassⅢhospitals scored(65.27±9.01),with an average score of the item of(4.35±0.60).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age and participation in leadership training were the influencing factors on clinical leadership scores of nurses in Operating Room(the partial regression coefficient was 1.516 and-1.881,respectively,all P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical leadership of nurses in Operating Room in ClassⅢpublic hospitals in China is at a medium to high level.Age and whether they have participated in leadership training are factors that affect the clinical leadership of nurses in Operating Room.
