摘 要:为深入开展安全工程专业人才教育,采用问卷调查的方法了解不同院校安全工程专业学生的使命感现状,分析学生使命感缺失的原因,结合工程专业发展特点构建安全工程专业的职业使命感,并提出培养学生职业使命感的途径。结果显示:超过半数安全工程专业学生存在专业喜好、了解程度偏低,责任感、使命感缺失的情况;防患未然、扶危安国等可以作为安全工程专业的职业使命;通过融入教学环境、依托校园文化、加强职业生涯教育、丰富教学载体4条路径可以培养学生的职业使命感。In order to in-depth carry out the safety engineering professional education,a questionnaire survey method was used for safety engineering specialty students in different colleges and universities to understand the current situation of the sense of calling of students.The reasons resulted in the deficient sense of calling were analyzed.The career sense of calling for the safety engineering specialty was constructed combined with the features of the engineering specialty,and the approaches educating the career sense of calling of students were proposed.The results show that more than half of the safety engineering students have low professional preferences and understanding,and lack responsibility and sense of calling;that early prevention,to help people in difficulties,spirit of utter devotion,etc.,can be regarded as the career calling of the safety engineering specialty;and that four pathways of integrating teaching environment,depending on campus culture,strengthening career education,and enriching teaching carrier can educate the career calling of students.
