摘  要:随着科学技术的发展,各种互联控制器已广泛应用在航空航天、工业控制等领域。为了满足互联控制器对数据采集和输出信号精度、通道数等方面的要求,设计了一种基于TMS320F28335的多通道、高精度互联控制器。给出了互联控制器的系统总体架构,设计了相应的硬件和软件,并对互联控制器进行了测试验证。测试结果表明,设计的4 mA恒流源能驱动传感器正常采集振动量信号,设计的低通滤波器对高于350 Hz的信号滤波效果较好,12路ADC采集通道的输入电压范围为±5 V,6路DAC输出通道的电压范围为±10 V,采集和输出信号偏差均在5‰以内。With the development of science and technology,various interconnected controllers have been widely used in fields such as aerospace and industrial control.In order to meet the requirements of the interconnection controller for data acquisition and output signal accuracy,channel number,and other aspects,a multi⁃channel and high⁃precision interconnection controller based on TMS320F28335 was designed.The overall system architecture of the interconnection controller was provided,corresponding hardware and software were designed,and the interconnection controller was tested and verified.The test results show that the designed 4 mA constant current source can drive the sensor to collect vibration signals normally.The designed low⁃pass filter has a good filtering effect on signals above 350 Hz.The input voltage range of the 12 ADC acquisition channels is±5 V,and the voltage range of the 6 DAC output channels is±10 V.The deviation between the acquisition and output signals is within 5‰.
