危机管理视域下高校辅导员与班主任协同工作的路径研究

摘　　要：高校辅导员与班主任作为学校教育教学与日常管理的骨干力量,是应对校园危机的关键一环。辅导员与班主任协同进行危机管理是全面落实好立德树人根本任务的题中之义,是进一步提升学工队伍职业能力的必然要求,也是营造安全稳定的和谐校园氛围的重要保障。辅导员、班主任协同管理有利于防范化解风险苗头,高效处置危机事件,实现善后长效恢复。当前,二者职责分工界限较为模糊,思政引领成效有待提升,管理人员缺乏系统指导,自媒体信息传播速度快也加大了工作难度。辅导员与班主任可共同发力,用好思政教育两个课堂,深化学生防范风险的危机意识;信息共享,细化处理突发事件的预警机制;高效联动,注重综合应急队伍建设;以人为本,落实危机处置闭环理念。As the backbone of school education and daily management,counselors and class advisors in colleges and universities play a key role in coping with campus crises.The collaboration between counselors and class advisors in the crisis management is the comprehensive implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,an inevitable requirement for further enhancing the professional competence of the school team,and a safeguard to create a safe,stable and harmonious campus atmosphere.Collaborative management by counselors and class advisors is conducive to preventing and resolving the first sign of risk,efficiently dealing with the crisis,and achieving long-term recovery after the crisis.At present,the division of responsibilities between the two is relatively blurred,the effectiveness of the leadership of the ideology and politics needs to be improved,there is a lack of systematic guidance for managers,and the rapid dissemination of information in the we-media has also increased the difficulty of the work.Counselors and class advisors can work together to deepen students’crisis awareness of risk prevention by making good use of the two classrooms of ideological and political education;sharing information and refining the early warning mechanism for dealing with emergencies;efficiently linking up and focusing on the construction of a comprehensive emergency response team;being people-oriented and implementing the closed loop idea of crisis handling.
