摘　　要：目的探讨护士发生用药错误现状及其影响因素,为开展护士用药错误相关安全培训提供参考。方法采用整群随机抽样法,于2021年7月至2022年3月选取哈尔滨市3所医院的761名护士作为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、用药错误情况报告表、护士用药不安全行为量表、护士用药环境感知量表进行问卷调查。结果761名护士中,有138名(18.13%)过去1年内发生过用药错误,共计508例次;护士用药不安全行为总分为(58.01±1.32)分,护士用药环境感知总分为(122.96±11.00);Logistic回归分析显示,职称、制度与监管、仪器设备、相关人员是护士发生用药错误的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论目前护士发生用药错误现状不容乐观,护理管理者可以针对不同职称护士制订个性化的用药安全培训,增加药物相关知识、患者信息、规章制度等培训内容,并充分运用信息技术,使用新型用药监测仪器设备,进一步提高用药安全。Objective To explore the occurrence and influencing factors of medication errors among nurses,so as to provide reference for the regarding training of medication safety.Methods Using cluster sampling,a total of 761 nurses from 3 hospitals in Harbin City were investigated by the general information questionnaire,the Medication Error Reporting Form,the Nurse Medication Unsafe Behavior Scale,and the Nurse Medication Environment Perception Scale from July 2021 to March 2022.Results Of the 761 nurses,138(18.13%)had medication errors in the past 1 year,totaling 508 instances.The score of unsafe medication behaviors was(58.01±1.32)and the score of nurses'perceived medication environment was(122.96±11.00).Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of nurses'medication errors included title,system and regulation,instrumentation and equipment,and related personnel(P<0.01).Conclusion Currently,the status quo of medication errors of nurses'is not optimistic.Nursing managers should develop personalized medication safety training for different titles nurses,increase drug-related knowledge,patient information,rules and regulations and other training content.They can make full use of information technology and new types of medication monitoring instruments and equipment to further improve the medication safety.
