英语霸权视角下对中国科技期刊建设意识引导的思考

摘　　要：针对目前中国科技期刊意识形态工作多局限于期刊编校或编辑部制度建设的现象,本文以英语霸权为切入点对中文期刊建设展开讨论,旨在为科技期刊的意识形态工作开辟一个新视角。通过分析中国科技期刊建设面临的英语霸权现象,以及其对出版领域相关制度和经济良性发展的危害,提出中国科技期刊建设中应警惕强化英语霸权导向,加强文化自信的意识形态引导。办刊人应立足本国利益统一思想,自立自强发展中国科技期刊,做强做优中文科技期刊,提升中国期刊的国际影响力,抢占国际学术话语权。In response to the current situation that theideological work of Chinese sci-tech journals is mostly limited tojournal editing and proofreading or editorial department systems,this article aims to open up a new perspective for ideological work,taking English hegemony as the starting point.By analyzing the phenomenon of English hegemony duringthe construction of Chinese sci-tech journals as well as its harm to the healthy development of relevant regulations and economy in the field of publishing,it is proposed to be vigilant against English hegemony tostrengthen the ideological guidance of cultural confidence in the construction of Chinese scitech journals.Chinese should be confidently usedinChinese sci-tech journals.For the development of Chinese sci-tech journals,we should establish a consensus that is in line with the interests of our country.And Chinese sci-tech journalsshould improve services to enhance the sense of identity of Chinese sci-tech journals,realize perceived influence through organized journal publishing.
