从“燔针劫刺”理论探讨肌筋膜病的诊疗思路

摘　　要：肌筋膜病是一种肌筋膜系统的非菌性炎症,临床上以疼痛为主,继而可能发展为肌肉组织粘连,影响骨骼关节活动,严重影响日常生活。目前西医无特效治疗方法,在中医传统理论中,该病属于“经筋病”范畴。基于“经筋病,治在燔针劫刺”这一理论,从临床出发,将传统“燔针劫刺”进行改良,燔针即火针进行留刺,通过其瞬时高热和持续温热“软结”,再用毫针进行劫刺,速刺速出快速行针,强刺激“松结”。燔针祛寒,速刺通瘀,从“寒”“瘀”追本溯因,直达病源,两者联合快速松解病灶,疏解疼痛,治疗疾病。Myofascial disease is a kind of myofascial non-bacterial inflammation,mainly pain in clinic,and then may develop into muscle adhesion,affecting bone and joint activities,seriously affecting daily life.At present,Western medicine has no specific treatment method,in traditional Chinese medicine theory,the disease belongs to the category of tendon disease.Based on“tendon disease,cure in burnt needle jacking thorn.”In this theory,starting from modern clinical treatment,the traditional“burnt needle robbing the thorn”is improved and innovated.Burnt needle is a fire needle to keep the thorn,through its instantaneous high heat and continuous warm heat“soft knot”,and then use a small needle to rob the thorn,quick thorn quickly out of fast needle,strong stimulation of“loose knot”.Burnt needle dispelling cold,speed thorn through blood stasis,from the“cold”“blood stasis”tracing the root cause,direct to the source of the disease,the two combined quickly loosen the focus,relieve pain,treatment of disease.
