摘　　要：住院医师培训在医学终身教育中起着承上启下的重要作用,传统的教学模式不仅占用师生的大量时间,而且培训效率低下。在网络信息化高速发展的今天,基于互联网平台的线上教学极大地推动了教育模式的改革与创新。新冠疫情下,一切线下形式的教学活动无法开展,复旦大学附属中山医院内科基地积极响应教育处号召,转变教学模式,推进临床线上教学工作,率先开展住院医师规范化培训线上教学的探索与实践。Internship training plays a crucial role in the lifelong education of medical professionals,and traditional teaching methods not only consume a considerable amount of time for both teachers and students but also have low training efficiency.In today's rapidly developing information age,online teaching based on Internet platforms has greatly promoted the reform and innovation of educational models.Under the COVID-19 epidemic,all offline teaching activities cannot be carried out.Zhongshan Hospital,affiliated with Fudan University,actively responded to the call of the Education Department,transformed the teaching model,promoted clinical online teaching,and took the lead in exploring and practicing online teaching for standardized training of interns.
