摘 要:目的:探讨教师标准化病人(teacher standardized patient, TSP)和学生标准化病人(student standardized patient, SSP)在牙体牙髓病学实习前教学中的应用及效果。方法:30名学生随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组进行TSP和SSP教学,对照组采用自主复习。课程结束后进行理论测验和接诊技能考核,对试验组进行问卷调查。结果:两组学生理论测验成绩无显著差异,试验组接诊技能成绩显著优于对照组,学生满意度高。结论:TSP和SSP教学能有效提升学生的临床综合能力。Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of teacher standardized patients(TSP)and student standardized patients(SSP)in preclinical teaching of conservative dentistry and endodontics.Methods:Thirty students were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received TSP and SSP teaching,while the control group underwent self-directed review.After the course,theoretical tests and clinical skills assessments were conducted,and a questionnaire survey was administered to the experimental group.Results:There was no significant difference in theoretical test scores between the two groups.However,the experimental group demonstrated significantly better clinical skills performance than the control group,and the students expressed high satisfaction with the TSP and SSP teaching.Conclusion:TSP and SSP teaching can effectively enhance students'clinical comprehensive abilities.
