基于跨专业的仿真模拟教学在骨科实习中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于跨专业的仿真模拟教学在护理本科生骨科实习中的应用及效果。方法:将89名在骨科轮转实习的护理本科生分为试验组(45名)和对照组(44名),试验组学生在骨科常规护理实习培训的基础上接受两次跨专业的仿真模拟教学培训,对照组学生则接受骨科常规护理实习培训,实习结束后采用跨专业学习准备量表对教学效果进行评价。结果:试验组护生培训后跨专业学习准备总分,团队合作、职业认同得分高于其培训前得分(P<0.01),试验组护生培训后跨专业学习准备总分,团队合作、职业认同得分高于对照组培训后得分(P<0.01),对照组护生培训前后跨专业学习准备量表总分及各维度得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于跨专业的仿真模拟教学可以有效改善护理本科实习生的跨专业学习态度,对于提高其跨专业团队合作能力产生一定的积极影响。Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of cross-disciplinary simulation teaching in orthopedic internships for nursing undergraduate students.Methods:Eighty-nine nursing undergraduate students who underwent orthopedic rotation internship were divided into the experimental group(45 students)and the control group(44 students).The experimental group received two sessions of cross-disciplinary simulation teaching on the basis of routine orthopedic nursing internship training,while the control group received routine orthopedic nursing internship training.The cross-disciplinary learning preparation scale was used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness after the internship.Results:After the cross-disciplinary training,the experimental group's scores in cross-disciplinary learning preparation,teamwork,and professional identity were higher than their scores before training(P<0.01).The experimental group's scores were also higher than the control group's scores after training(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the total score and each dimension score of the cross-disciplinary learning preparation scale before and after training in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cross-disciplinary simulation teaching can effectively improve the cross-disciplinary learning attitude of nursing undergraduate interns and have a positive impact on enhancing their cross-disciplinary teamwork skills.
