摘 要:目的:探讨PBL教学法在运动系统损伤与疾病器官整合课程教学的应用效果。方法:本研究以2019年9月至2020年7月在教学医院骨科实习的108名四年级本科实习生为研究对象,按照简单随机法将该108名实习生分为对照组和试验组,两组各54名;试验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组临床技能考核成绩、理论考核成绩以及教学满意度。结果:两组临床技能考核成绩、理论考核成绩、教学满意度对比,试验组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统教学方法相比,在运动系统损伤与疾病器官整合课程教学中采用PBL教学法,不仅能够有效提高实习生的临床技能考核成绩和理论考核成绩,同时也显著提高了实习生对教学的满意度。Objective:To explore the application of PBL teaching methods in the integrated course of musculoskeletal system injuries and diseases.Methods:A total of 108 fourth-year undergraduate interns in clinical medicine at our teaching hospital from September 2019 to July 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,each with 54 students.The experimental group used PBL teaching methods,while the control group used traditional teaching methods.The scores of clinical skill assessments,theoretical assessments,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of clinical skill assessments,theoretical assessments,and teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional teaching methods,the use of PBL teaching methods in the integrated course of musculoskeletal system injuries and diseases can effectively improve the interns'clinical skill assessment scores,theoretical assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction,contributing to the cultivation of humanistic care ability and empathy.
