摘  要:目的:探讨SP、CBL结合网络化教学模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选择2018届桂林医学院附属医院20名妇产科规培学员作为研究对象,分为对照组(采用传统LBL教学模式)和试验组(部分内容采用SP、CBL结合网络化教学模式,部分内容采用传统LBL教学模式)。对两组学生的综合学习效果进行测评,主要测评学生临床专业能力、科研及自主学习能力、人际沟通等方面的能力。结果:试验组学生各项能力评分均高于对照组,此外,试验组学生采用联合教学模式进行妇科内容学习后的各项能力评分高于对该组学生采用传统教学模式进行产科内容学习后的各项能力评分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:运用SP、CBL结合网络化教学模式教学明显提高了学生临床综合能力、自主学习科研能力以及沟通能力,为妇产科住院医师规范化培训教学提供了新思路,在临床教学中可以进一步推广和应用。Objective:To investigate the application effect of SP,CBL,and networked teaching model in the standardized training of resident physicians in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 20 resident physicians in obstetrics and gynecology from Guilin Medical University Affiliated Hospital in 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(adopting the traditional LBL teaching model)and the experimental group(adopting the SP,CBL,and networked teaching model for part of the contents and the traditional LBL teaching model for the rest of the contents).The comprehensive learning effects of the two teaching models were assessed for the students.The students'abilities in clinical professional skills,research and self⁃learning skills,and interpersonal communication were mainly assessed through intergroup comparison and intragroup comparison.Results:The students in the experimental group scored higher than those in the control group in all aspects of ability.The scores of the students in the experimental group after using the combined teaching mode for gynecological content teaching were higher than the scores of the students in the same group after using the traditional teaching mode for obstetric content teaching,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of SP,CBL,and networked teaching model teaching significantly improved students'clinical comprehensive ability,self⁃learning and research ability,and communication ability.It provides new ideas for the teaching of standardized training of resident physicians in obstetrics and gynecology,and can be further promoted and applied in clinical teaching.
