摘　　要：通过深化医教协同,创新“三位一体”医学人才培养体系,解决了校院两级权力责任不明确、医院办学主体责任感不强、教学与医疗资源共享不畅、三阶段医学教育衔接不通畅等一系列问题,促进了学校医学教育办学水平与人才培养质量的显著提升,为社会输送了大批优秀人才,为新时代深化医教协同加快推进医学教育创新发展提供了改革的经验和借鉴。Through deepening the collaboration between medicine and education,the innovative“three⁃in⁃one”medical talent training system has been developed,addressing a series of issues such as unclear power and responsibility between the school and the hospital,insufficient sense of responsibility of the hospital as the main body of education,limited sharing of teaching and medical resources,and inadequate connection in the three stages of medical education.This approach has significantly improved the level of medical education and the quality of talent cultivation at the school,delivering a large number of outstanding talents to society.It provides valuable experience and reference for deepening the collaboration between medicine and education and accelerating the innovative development of medical education in the new era.
