摘  要:目的:研究基于DELC模型的模块化教学在内分泌科护生临床带教中的应用效果。方法:采用随机对照实验设计,选取本院73名内分泌科护生随机分为对照组37名与试验组36名,分别采用传统教学和基于DELC模型的模块化教学。比较两组护生的出科成绩、综合能力和教学满意度。结果:试验组的出科考核成绩、综合能力、教学满意度均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于DELC模型的模块化教学优于传统教学,应用于内分泌科临床护理带教中,能够有效提高护生的出科考核成绩、综合能力和教学满意度。Objective:To investigate the application effects of modular teaching based on the DELC model in clinical nursing education for endocrinology nursing students.Methods:A randomized controlled experimental design was employed,selecting 73 endocrinology nursing students from our hospital,randomly divided into a control group of 37 students(traditional teaching method)and an experimental group of 36 students(modular teaching based on the DELC model).The evaluation indicators of the two groups of nursing students were observed,and the data were statistically analyzed to discuss the differences.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in end⁃of⁃term assessments,comprehensive abilities,and teaching satisfaction compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modular teaching based on the DELC model is superior to traditional teaching methods.When applied in clinical nursing education for endocrinology nursing students,it effectively improves end⁃of⁃term assessment scores,comprehensive abilities,and teaching satisfaction.
