摘 要:目的探讨长链非编码RNA乳腺癌抗雌激素耐药基因4(BCAR4)在神经胶质瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用实时定量PCR检测60例胶质瘤组织和癌旁正常组织的BCAR4表达水平,采用Kaplan-Meier检验分析BCAR4表达与胶质瘤患者总生存期(OS)的关系,Cox比例风险模型对患者预后进行风险因素分析。结果与癌旁组织相比,胶质瘤组织中BCAR4表达水平显著升高(2.25±0.46 vs.1.01±0.69,P<0.05);胶质瘤组织BCAR4表达与患者的WHO分级和肿瘤大小有关(P<0.05);根据随访资料绘制胶质瘤患者OS曲线,BCAR4低表达患者的中位OS为38个月,优于BCAR4高表达患者的19个月(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,BCAR4表达是影响神经胶质患者预后的危险因素(HR=2.651,95%CI:1.516~4.635,P<0.001)。结论BCAR4表达在胶质瘤中升高,可作为胶质瘤患者诊断及预后预测的潜在分子标志物。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of long chain non-coding RNA breast cancer antiestrogen resistance 4(BCAR4)in glioma tissues.Methods Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression level of BCAR4 in 60 glioma tissues and adjacent normal tissues.Kaplan-Meier test was used to analyze the relationship between BCAR4 expression and overall survival(OS)of glioma patients.Cox proportional risk model was used to analyze the risk factors for prognosis.Results Compared with adjacent tissues,the expression level of BCAR4 in glioma tissues was significantly increased(2.25±0.46 vs.1.01±0.69,P<0.05).The expression of BCAR4 in glioma tissues was related to the WHO grading and tumor size of patients(P<0.05).Based on follow-up data,the OS curve of glioma patients was plotted.The median OS of patients with BCAR4 low expression was 38 months,which was better than 19 months of patients with BCAR4 high expression(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that BCAR4 expression was a risk factor affecting the prognosis of glioma patients(HR=2.651,95%CI:1.516-4.635,P<0.001).Conclusion The expression of BCAR4 is elevated in glioma and can serve as a potential molecular marker for the diagnosis and prognosis prediction of glioma patients.
