精准思维视域下高校学生教育管理实践探析

摘　　要：基于精准思维的学生教育管理体系,为推进教育管理工作的高效化、服务化、纵深化提供了新的出路和方向。精准思维是以解决问题为导向的科学思维方式,以精准思维引领高校学生教育管理实践,在明确其价值和现实困境的基础上,通过精准定位、精准谋划、精准施策来革新管理理念、丰富教育方法、构建常态化教育管理体系,可有效提升高校学生教育管理服务水平,进而提高教育管理工作的实效性。The student education management system based on precise thinking provides a new way and direction for promoting the efficiency,service-oriented,and deepening of education management work.Precise thinking is a problem-solving oriented scientific thinking approach that guides the practice of college student education management.Based on clarifying its value and practical difficulties,it innovates management concepts,enriches educational methods,and constructs a normalized education management system through precise positioning,planning,and implementing.This can effectively improve the service level of college student education management and thereby enhance the effectiveness of education management work.
