摘　　要：通过增加抽负管线远程切断阀、液氯槽车油路控制远程切断阀、优化液氯槽车自动充装程序等,实现液氯定量自动充装、事故应急远程切断、自动抽负功能,达到快速切断泄漏源,并对泄漏点抽负,避免氯气泄漏,提升液氯槽车充装自动化水平,有效提高液氯槽车充装事故应急响应能力,提升装置本质安全水平。By adding remote cut-off valve of negative pumping pipeline,remote cut-off valve of oil circuit control of liquid chlorine tank truck,optimizing automatic filling procedure of liquid chlorine tank truck,etc.,the functions of automatic quantitative filling of liquid chlorine,remote cut-off of accident emergency and automatic negative pumping can be realized,so as to quickly cut off leakage source and remove negative leakage point,avoid chlorine gas leakage,and improve the automatic filling level of liquid chlorine tank truck.Effectively improve the emergency response ability of liquid chlorine tank car filling accident,and improve the essential safety level of the device.
