摘  要:目的检索公立医院内部绩效管理模式相关的中文文献,总结和梳理国内公立医院内部绩效管理要素,为不断完善公立医院内部绩效管理模式提供参考。方法以中国知网数据库为数据来源,筛选出与主题密切相关的文献合计39篇,运用质性文本分析法对相关文献进行文献挖掘。结果本研究确定了外部环境、绩效管理组织保证体系、绩效管理目标体系、绩效管理过程体系、绩效管理支持体系5个一级主题和19个二级主题,系统构建了国内公立医院内部绩效管理模式框架。结论医院内部绩效管理的良好运转有赖于组织保证体系、目标体系、过程体系和支持体系之间的相互配合、共同作用,除此之外,还需进一步强调外部环境对医院内部绩效管理的影响。医院内部的支持体系不仅局限于制度保障,还要关注到医院文化、信息化建设和绩效管理工具运用对绩效管理发挥的积极作用。Objective To retrieve Chinese literature on performance management modes of public hospitals,summarize the elements of performance management in public hospitals,and provide reference for the continuous improvement of performance management models in Chinese public hospitals.Methods A total of 39 relevant articles were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,and the qualitative text analysis(QTA)was applied for data mining.Results Five primary themes(including external environment,organizational assurance system for performance management,goal system of performance management,process system of performance management,and support system of performance management)and 19 secondary themes were identified,which were applied for the systematic construction of the framework of performance management mode in Chinese public hospitals.Conclusion Performance management in a hospital relies on the cooperation and coordination among organizational assurance system,goal system,process system,and support system.Furthermore,external environment can also affect the performance management within the hospital.In addition to these systems,hospital culture,informationization,and use of performance management tools can also positively impact the performance management.
