摘  要:目的分析我国医院绩效管理领域研究热点,为促进我国医院管理和绩效评价提供可行性参考建议。方法采用CiteSpace软件对中国知网(CNKI)期刊数据库2000年—2022年我国医院管理和绩效相关的文献进行可视化分析。结果共纳入我国医院管理和绩效相关文献3241篇,2000年—2022年发文数量呈逐年上升趋势,知识图谱分析未见明显的核心研究群体,研究焦点未见特别集中趋势。医院管理与绩效的研究在2000年—2005年主要关注与绩效相关的医疗人力资源管理,2006年—2010年主要关注医院绩效体系和财务管理,2011年—2020年主要关注绩效方面的医院改革和质量管理。2021年和2022年研究热点集中在绩效考核、运营管理、精细化管理和风险管理等。结论我国医院绩效管理研究主题呈阶段性,与相关政策出台和实施密切相关,公立医院绩效管理相关研究需在主题和内容上逐步拓宽与深入,各研究者和研究机构应加强合作,形成更加广泛、深入的研究网络。应用医院管理评价工具对公立医院绩效的精细化管理、评估考核等进行研究,可能是今后的一个重要研究方向。Objective To identify research hotspots in the field of hospital performance management in China and provide recommendations for improving hospital management and performance evaluation.Methods The CiteSpace sofware was used to visually analyze the literature related to hospital management and performance in China from 2000 to 2022 in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)journal database.Results A total of 3,241 articles related to hospital management and performance in China were included.The number of papers published between 2000 and 2022 exhibited a year-on-year increase.Knowledge mapping showed no distinct core research groups,and the research focus did not exhibit a significant concentration.From 2000 to 2005,research on hospital management and performance mainly focused on medical human resource management.From 2006 to 2010,and from 2011 to 2020,it mainly focused on hospital reform and quality control.In 2021 and 2022,Research focused on performance appraisal,operational management,refined management and risk management.Conclusion research on hospital performance management in China is closely related to the introduction and implementation of relevant policies.The research on performance management of public hospitals needs to be broadened and deepened in terms of theme and content.Cooperation among authors and institutions should be strengthened to form a broader and more in-depth research network.The use of hospital management evaluation tools for the precise management,evaluation and assessment of public hospitals may be a crucial area of research in the future.
