校企协同理念下艺术设计院校专创融合育人改革策略研究

摘　　要：创新应用型人才的培养是社会发展的重要需求。艺术设计类专业作为实践性较强的专业,学生应具备良好的创新思维、实践能力和团队合作精神。校企协同理念作为培养艺术设计类学生创新实践能力的指导路径之一,面临着机遇和挑战。文章通过分析当前社会背景下艺术设计类专业学生培养现状及问题,提出实施校企协同育人理念的必要性,最后立足问题总结培养学生创新实践能力的路径,以期通过校企合作实现资源共享和协同发展,提升科技创新和成果转化的效率,推动社会经济发展。The cultivation of innovative applied talents is an important demand of social development.As a major with strong practicality,art design students should have good innovative thinking,practical ability and team spirit.As one of the guiding ways to cultivate the innovative practical ability of art design students,the concept of school-enterprise collaboration faces both opportunities and challenges.By analyzing the current situation and problems in the cultivation of students majoring in art and design under the current social background,the paper proposes the necessity of implementing the concept of university-enterprise collaborative education,and finally summarizes the path of cultivating students’innovative practical ability based on the problems,in order to realize resource sharing and collaborative development through school-enterprise cooperation,improve the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation,and promote social and economic development.
