扩招背景下成人教育学生思想政治教育策略刍探——以沙县开放大学为例

摘　　要：随着开放大学等成人教育机构规模不断扩大,学生数量逐渐增加,传统的思政教育方法已经无法满足新形势下的教育需求。文章以沙县开放大学为例,探究扩招背景下成人教育学生思想政治教育策略:确定提高学生思政素养、职业素养的教育目标,注重因材施教,采取理论与实践相结合的教学方法,并将信息技术引入思政课堂,丰富教师的思政知识储备,提高教师的教学能力,以此为扩招背景下的成人教育学生思想政治教育提供教学方法的借鉴。With the continuous expansion of adult education institutions such as open universities,the number of students is gradually increasing,and traditional ideological and political education methods are no longer able to meet the educational needs of the new situation.The article takes Shaxian Open University as an example to explore the strategies for ideological and political education of adult education students under the background of enrollment expansion:introdueing information technology into;deological and political classroom,determining teaching goals to improve students'ideological and political literacy and professional competence,emphasizing individualized teaching,and adopting a combination of theory and practice teaching methods,enriching teachers'ideological and political knowledge reserves,improving their teaching abilities,in order to provide teaching methods for ideological and political education of adult education students under the background of enrollment expansion.
