摘　　要：青少年时期是心理发展的关键时期,对个人终身发展有着重要影响。而学校的心理健康教育有利于促进青少年身心健康发展。文章在分析农村青少年心理健康教育现状和问题的基础上,提出相应解决对策:增进家庭成员间的沟通与了解,提高农村教师队伍的心理健康教育能力,加大农村地区的心理健康教育宣传力度,寻求社会力量的支持,以此充分发挥心理健康教育作用,提升农村青少年的心理保健意识、心理素质,促进其全面发展。Adolescence is a critical period for psychological development,which has a significant impact on an individual's lifelong development.School mental health education is beneficial for promoting the physical and mental health development of adolescents.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of mental health education for rural adolescents,this article proposes corresponding solutions:enhancing communication and understanding among family members,enhancing the mental health education ability of rural teachers,increasing the publicity of mental health education in rural areas,seeking support from social forces,and fully exerting the role of mental health education to enhance the mental health awareness and psychological quality of rural adolescents,promote its comprehensive development.
