摘　　要：新中国成立以来,城镇化发展走出了一条具有鲜明“中国特色”的演进之路。按照城镇化水平速度,结合制度背景、经济社会以及城镇化政策时间节点,本文将我国城镇化历程划分为计划经济下城镇化波动发展阶段、城镇化稳步发展阶段、快速城镇化阶段和城镇化减速提质发展四个阶段,力求探寻城镇化战略的演进规律;贯穿城镇化战略的逻辑可以概括为一条根本主线和四条具体主线,根本主线是党领导下的以人为核心的城镇化,四条具体主线为经济发展促进了城镇化建设、始终立足国情动态调整、大中小城镇和城市协调发展以及差异化的城镇化发展战略。新时代中国城镇化发展将面临新目标、新动力与新趋势。Since the founding of the PRC, the development of urbanization has embarked on a distinctive path of evolution with“Chinese characteristics”. According to the speed of urbanization level, combined with the institutional background,economy and society and the time nodes of urbanization policies, this paper divides the urbanization development since the founding of the PRC into four stages: the fluctuating development stage of urbanization under the planned economy, the stage of steady development of urbanization, the stage of rapid urbanization, and the stage of decelerating and improving the quality of development of urbanization, and strives to explore the law of the evolution of the urbanization strategy;the logic of running through the urbanization strategy can be summed up as a fundamental main line and four specific main lines. The logic that runs through the urbanization strategy can be summarized as a fundamental thread and four specific threads, the fundamental thread being people-oriented urbanization under the leadership of the Party, and the four specific threads being economic development promoting the construction of urbanization, always based on the dynamic adjustment of the national conditions, the coordinated development of large and medium-sized towns and cities, and the differentiated urbanization development strategy. China's urbanization development in the new era will face new goals, new dynamics and new trends.
