摘　　要：高校学生事务管理法治化的建设是贯彻依法治国方略、促进高等教育改革与发展的必然要求,也是提升大学生法律素养、促进法治社会建设的重要探索。当前高校学生事务管理过程中存在法律规范体系不健全、程序不规范、法治意识薄弱等现实问题。高校应从健全法律体系保障权利、采取多元方式保障程序、加强队伍建设提升法治思维三个方面防控学生事务管理过程中的风险,推动学生事务管理法治化建设。The construction of the rule of law in university student affairs management is an inevitable requirement to carry out the strategy of governing the country by law and promote the reform and development of higher education.It is also an important exploration to improve the legal literacy of university students and promote the construction of a society governed by law.At present,there are some practical problems in the process of university student affairs management,such as imperfect legal system,non-standard procedures and weak legal consciousness.Colleges and universities should prevent and control the risks in the process of student affairs management from three aspects:perfecting the legal system to guarantee the rights,adopting multiple ways to guarantee the procedures,strengthening the team construction to enhance the legal thinking,so as to promote the construction of the rule of law in student affairs management.
