首发精神分裂症患者血清乙酰胆碱酯酶、miR-137表达与PANSS评分的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 探究血清乙酰胆碱酯酶及微小RNA-137(miR-137)表达与首发精神分裂症患者阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分的相关性.方法 选取天津市安定医院120例首发精神分裂症患者作为首发精神分裂症组,另选取同期在该院体检显示健康者120例作为健康对照组.检测血清乙酰胆碱酯酶及miR-137表达水平,比较治疗前后首发精神分裂症患者血清乙酰胆碱酯酶及miR-137表达水平与PANSS评分相关性.结果 首发精神分裂症组患者血清乙酰胆碱酯酶(9.83±2.76)U/mL表达水平明显高于健康对照组(5.21±1.54)U/mL(P<0.05),miR-137(0.57±0.18)表达水平明显低于健康对照组的(1.02±0.31)(P<0.05).治疗4周后,首发精神分裂症组患者PANSS总分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分与血清乙酰胆碱酯酶水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与miR-137表达水平呈负相关(P<0.05).治疗前后,首发精神分裂症组患者血清乙酰胆碱酯酶与miR-137表达水平均呈负相关(P<0.05).结论 血清乙酰胆碱酯酶表达水平与PANSS总分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分有关,可反映首发精神分裂症患者治疗效果.Objective To investigate the correlation between serum acetylcholinesterase and microRNA-137(miR-137)expression and Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)score in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods 120 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were selected as the first-episode schizophrenia group,and 120 healthy patients were selected as the healthy control group.The expression levels of serum acetylcholinesterase and miR-137 were detected,and the correlation between the expression levels of serum acetylcholinesterase and miR-137 and PANSS score was compared in patients with first-episode schizophrenia before and after treatment.Result The expression level of serum acetylcholinesterase(9.83±2.76)U/mL in the first-episode schizophrenia group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group(5.21±1.54)U/mL(P<0.05),and the expression level of miR-137(0.57±0.18)was significantly lower than that in healthy control group(1.02±0.31)(P<0.05).The total score of PANSS,negative symptom score and general psychopathological score were positively correlated with serum acetylcholinesterase level(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with miR-137 expression level(P<0.05)in the first-episode schizophrenia group 4 weeks after treatment.The expression levels of serum acetylcholinesterase and miR-137 in the first-episode schizophrenia group were negatively correlated before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum acetylcholinesterase expression level is related to PANSS total score,negative symptom score and general psychopathological score,which may reflect the therapeutic ffect of first-episode schizophrenia.
