摘　　要：目的 查找医院潜在风险事件,研究对策加以控制.方法 使用升级版Kaiser模型进行医院灾害脆弱性分析.结果 职业暴露、突发公共卫生事件、工作场所暴力/威胁(医闹)、内部水灾、台风、下水道故障、空调故障、医疗诉讼、病人意外跌倒、极端恶劣天气为排名前十的潜在风险事件.结论 针对潜在风险事件,制定或修订预案和措施,并进行演练,保障医院安全、高效运行.Objective To find out the potential risk events of hospital and study the countermeasures.Methods The updated Kaiser model was used to evaluate the hazard vulnerability of hospital.Results Occupational exposure,public health emergencies,workplace violence/threat,internal flood,hurricane,Sewage Failure,HVAC Failure,forensic admission,fall,inclement weather were the top ten potential risk events.Conc lusion To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the hospital,it is necessary to prepare or revise plans and measures for potential risk events.
